Nahum 1:8-10

⁸But with an ^(A)overflowing flood
He will make a complete end of ^[a]its site,
And will pursue His enemies into ^(B)darkness.

⁹Whatever you ^(C)devise against the Lord,
He will make a ^(D)complete end of it.
Distress will not rise up twice.
¹⁰Like tangled ^(E)thorns,
And like those who are ^(F)drunken with their drink,
They are ^(G)consumed
As stubble completely withered.
